Our regulatory posture as a non-custodial automation platform.
Last updated: September 2026
XeroAI is a software automation platform, not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial adviser. This page explains our regulatory posture and the compliance responsibilities that remain with you and your chosen broker or exchange.
XeroAI does not hold client funds, execute trades on its own account, or act as a counterparty to any transaction. All trades are placed directly through the broker or exchange account you connect, using your own credentials and API permissions.
Identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks, and custody of your funds are handled entirely by the broker or exchange you connect to XeroAI, in accordance with that provider's own regulatory obligations and licensing.
Trading products such as CFDs, synthetic indices, and certain crypto derivatives are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of the Service, and any instruments you trade through it, complies with the laws applicable to you.
Automated trading does not guarantee profit and can result in the loss of your entire trading capital. Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before using automated execution tools.
We aim to align our data handling practices with recognized data protection frameworks. See our Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
