These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XeroAI website, dashboard, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Xero Software Inc. ("XeroAI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of automated trading tools complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
XeroAI provides software that connects to your existing broker or exchange account via API and executes trades automatically based on the strategy and risk parameters you configure. XeroAI is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, fund manager, or financial adviser, and does not hold or have access to your funds.
Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Strategy templates and analytics are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Trading Forex, CFDs, synthetic indices, cryptocurrencies, and other leveraged instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Automated execution does not eliminate market, technical, or connectivity risk. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@xeroai.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your relationship with any connected broker or exchange is governed solely by your agreement with that third party. XeroAI is not responsible for the acts, omissions, fees, or solvency of any broker or exchange, whether or not it appears on our list of supported integrations.
Fees for the Service are described on our Pricing page. Following any free trial, use of the Service on a Pay-As-You-Use basis will be billed as described at checkout. You may cancel automation or your account at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineer the platform, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or evasion of sanctions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XeroAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Service, whether due to strategy performance, connectivity issues, or third-party broker or exchange conduct.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your integrations and closing your account from the dashboard.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xero Software Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
